We deliver bouquets across Shemonaikha and to villages in the district. We agree on the delivery time when we confirm your order — it can be for a specific hour.

Before setting off, we send a photo of the finished bouquet: you see exactly what the recipient will get and can ask for changes.
Pickup
Площадь Восточного (за сценой) — 9:00 – 22:00.
ул. Некрасова, 18, Шемонаиха — 8:00 – 20:00.
Open every day. The site will show you in the cart which shop to collect your order from.
Payment
- Cash — to the courier or in the shop.
- Card — in the shop.
- Kaspi — by QR code in the shop; if you’re not in the shop, we’ll send you a Kaspi invoice. We don’t accept Kaspi transfers.
- Halyk — by QR code, by transfer to a Halyk card or with an invoice we send you remotely.
- From another country — via PayPal or by transfer to a card using the card number, including from Sberbank and foreign cards.
There’s no online payment on the website: you don’t enter any card details on the site, and we agree on the payment method when we confirm your order.
If a bouquet is out of stock
Our catalogue is live: prices and contents come straight from our stock system. But flowers are a living product: if we run short of something, we’ll straight away suggest a replacement of the same quality and agree it with you before making up the bouquet.
