Delivery inside Shemonaikha costs 800 ₸ and is free for orders from 5 800 ₸. Prices for the villages of the district are in the table below; there delivery is free from 16 800 ₸. If your village is not on the list, write to us and we will work the price out.

How to order
- On the site. Pick a bouquet, add it to the cart and fill in the order: delivery or pickup, the date and a half-hour slot. We call back and confirm the order.
- In a messenger or by phone. Write to us on WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram, or call +7 777 350 88 68. A screenshot of a bouquet you liked on the site is enough — we will put the order together ourselves.
- We send a photo. Before the bouquet leaves the shop you get a photo of it. If something is not right, we fix it; if a flower has run out, we offer a replacement of the same quality and wait for your yes.
Ordering from another city or country works the same way: give us the delivery address, write the name and phone number of the person who receives the flowers in the order comment, and we send a photo once the bouquet is delivered.
Payment
- Cash — to the courier or in the shop.
- Card — in the shop.
- Kaspi — by QR in the shop; if you are not here, we issue a Kaspi invoice. We do not take Kaspi transfers.
- Halyk — by QR, by transfer to a Halyk card, or by an invoice we issue remotely.
- From abroad — PayPal, or a transfer to our card by card number, foreign cards included.
There is no online payment on the site: you never enter card details here. We agree on the way to pay when we confirm the order.
